The performance comparison of three different material busbar.

1.The characteristics of the copper busbar.
Copper busbar conductive performance is good, small resistivity, big mechanical strength, good anti-corrosion performance,long service life.
2.The characteristics of the aluminum busbar.
The resistivity of aluminum busbars slightly bigger than the copper busbar ,but conductive performance is after the copper, mechanical strength is smaller, easy oxidation corrosion than copper.
3.The characteristics of the steel busbar
Steel busbar conductive performance is poor, resistivity is big, the largest mechanical properties of the three material, but the anticorrosion performance is the worst.
The application of the three material busbar.
Copper busbar has high conductivity, high mechanical strength and corrosion resistance, which has a lot of important use in the industry, but the output is less ,price is expensive, mainly used in easy to cause corrosion areas .
The conductivity of the aluminum busbar just after copper and with light weight, cheap price, high output, widely used inside and outside in distribution equipment.
Steel busbar with big mechanical strength but poor electrical conductivity, only used in high pressure small capacity circuit (such as voltage transformer loop and small capacity factory , the high voltage side of transformer ), the working current is not more than 200 A , direct current and the loop grounding device in low voltage circuit.
